2020 Season Dates: June 10th - October 23rd. 20 week season.

Pickup Frequency: Weekly or biweekly (every other week)

Payment: Full payment upfront or 5 monthly installments.

Signing up for a Local Food Share shows your commitment to your local farmers and your community. Our farmers rely on this commitment as they plan for their growing season and thus all orders are non-refundable.

We hope you find something you love in the list of share options below! They are are all filled with fresh, sustainable, nutritious produce from local farmers who we know and love.

2020 Share Options

Descriptions of the shares below are guidelines for what to expect throughout the season. Each week, the exact quantity and variety will vary based on seasonality and availability. Share contents may differ between locations each week but will even out over the course of the season!

 

Early Bird Pricing:

Weekly Share (20 weeks): $651

Biweekly Share (10 weeks): $325.50

$32.55 per week

  • 7-9 varieties of vegetables, with greater quantities than the 'regular veggie' share.

  • Great for families and people who cook a lot and eat lots of leftovers!

Sample Basic Large Share: 1 bunch Basil, 1 bunch Purple Carrots, 1 lb Green Beans, 3 Jalapeno Peppers, 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, 4 Tomatoes, 1 heads Romaine Lettuce, 3 Summer Squash, 2 Bell Peppers, 1 Onion

Large Veggie Share

Early Bird Pricing:

Weekly Share (20 weeks): $262.80

Biweekly Share (10 weeks): $131.40

$13.14 per week

  • 3-5 varieties of vegetables (about half the size of the 'regular veggie' share)

  • Great for individuals and couples who cook occasionally and want a sampling of local produce.

Sample Mini Share: 1 head of lettuce, 1 bunch of carrots, 1 bunch of radishes, 2 onions

Mini Veggie Share

Weekly Share (20 weeks) $165.20

  • Great for those who love Colorado peaches, cherries, apricots, melons, apples, pears and more!

  • Delicious, sustainably grown mushrooms  from our friends at Mile High Fungi.

  • Includes 5 oz. fresh mushrooms OR 1/2 oz. dried mushrooms

  • Note: not ALL recipe ingredients are included (i.e. you may need your own grains or seasonings).

  • 1 dozen eggs from pasture raised chickens with free range to wander the country side

  • Antibiotic and hormone free, from City Farm in Montrose, CO.

Through our three program areas (Farmer Assistance, Local Food Share, and Community Access) we support local, beginning, farmers, train/mentor aspiring farmers, and make healthy food more affordable and accessible to the community.
